Build Ventures That Actually Work

We teach practical venture building through real projects, not theory. Our programs start in September 2025 and focus on what actually happens when you're building something from scratch.

Real Projects, Real Problems

Most business courses teach you about entrepreneurship. We put you in the middle of actual venture creation. You'll work on live projects with real budgets and genuine market constraints.

  • Work with actual Australian startups seeking funding
  • Learn financial modeling through real company data
  • Experience due diligence processes firsthand
  • Build ventures alongside experienced founders

Three-Phase Learning Framework

Each cohort follows a structured path from market analysis through to venture launch. We've refined this approach over six years of working with Australian entrepreneurs.

01

Market Discovery

Start with customer interviews and market research. You'll validate problems before building solutions, using frameworks that actually work in Australian markets.

02

Financial Modeling

Build realistic financial projections using real startup data. Learn how Australian VCs evaluate deals and what metrics matter most for different business models.

03

Venture Launch

Take a concept through to market entry with real funding considerations. Present to actual investors and receive feedback from people who write checks.

What sets us apart is the connection to real venture capital. Our instructors actively invest in Australian startups, so you learn current market conditions and funding realities.

Students often continue working with companies they meet during the program. Some join as employees, others become advisors, and a few start their own ventures using connections made here.

The September 2025 cohort will work with three Melbourne-based startups currently raising Series A rounds. This gives you exposure to later-stage challenges beyond just early formation.

The students who come through venthexio's program understand deal flow and financial modeling better than most junior analysts I interview. They've seen real pitch decks, worked with actual company data, and understand why certain businesses get funded while others don't.
